Join Inga Witscher, dairy farmer, cheese maker, and host of the PBS television series ‘Around the Farm Table’ for an evening with Inga and friends.
Inga will bring along Drew Kaiser, an urban and rural bee keeper keeping the tradition alive. Learn how pastures, vegetable gardens and flower pots help to flavor honey. Find out tips for starting your own hives.
Haly Schultz, a grass fed beef farmer, will also join Inga to discuss grazing, rare breed beef and supporting local farmers.
This in an intimate evening “Around the Farm Table” and a chance for attendees to participate in a conversation about the importance of our agricultural traditions in Wisconsin.
A honey and cheese tasting will follow the talk.
