We are HMong!: A Cultural Entertainment Presentation

To help bring awareness and celebrate HMong Heritage in the month of April and Asian Heritage in the month of May, we invite you to join us for a fun cultural night presented by our HMong youth students from the Wisconsin Rapids Area Middle School and Lincoln High School.
You will get to see traditional HMong dance performances, a fashion show of many traditional outfits, and so much more about HMong Culture.
Join us in this celebration of Hmong Culture and support our HMong youth as they share their beautiful and proud cultural heritage.
Family Fun - Rock Painting

This is a program for elementary aged students and their families. The library will provide rocks and paint pens for decorating the rocks. Space and supplies for this program are limited.
Family Fun - Book Launch Party - Farm Boots by Lisl Detlefsen

Join us in celebrating local author, Lisl Detlefsen's most recently published picture book for kids, Farm Boots. Lisl will be reading her book, she will also be selling and signing copies during the event. We will also have an activity and, of course, cake! It is a book birthday party!
