How to Play: First go to mcm.beanstack.org and sign up for the Teen Winter Reading Game. It’s all about book reviews and building your cozy home. Read and review a book (audio, physical or e-book) that is appropriate for someone between the ages of 11-18. Submit your review (I want your opinion NOT a retelling of the book) of at least 50 words through the online portal and rate it from 1 star (you hated the book) to 5 stars (you want more just like this title). Once your review is accepted by Miss Alicia, your review will be posted for every participant to read with the star rating that you've given it.
In this Winter Reading Game you are building a cozy life. The early levels will earn you comfy clothes but as you earn more badges you will earn a warm home badge, cozy living room badge and other things to enjoy winter. You will get a virtual badge for every review but you can also earn physical prizes by achieving Levels. There are 3 levels that you can achieve -- when you achieve a Level you will be notified that you have won a prize. You can choose to only win a Level 1 prize or do all 3 levels and win 3 prizes. Additionally the person (we might even get a tie!) who submits the most book reviews wins a grand prize. Grand Prizes include merchandise from your favorite fandom, gift cards etc… Must be a teen between 11 -18 to compete. Your book review can be about a book that you have read before February 7th but make sure your review is accurate. All earned prizes must be picked up by April 17th or they are forfeited.
