WE WILL BE AT McMillan Library-
And the Theme is "OCEANS OF POSSIBILITIES" to go along with the Summer Reading Program.
Write Night is a monthly writer's group that gathers to talk writing and critique each other's submitted work.
This is an ongoing writing group that is dedicated to encouraging exploration and refinement of writing craft. We will read each other’s work and provide feedback. We use google docs to collaborate month-to-month: reading works before meeting allows us to spend more time critiquing.
All adults are welcome. More information regarding our process and google docs will be provided at our monthly meeting.

Turning Red PG 1hr 40min Showing at 1:30 (captions)
Pixar's latest. In "Turning Red", Mei Lee is a confident, dorky thirteen-year-old torn between staying her mother's dutiful daughter and the chaos of adolescence. And as if changes to her interests, relationships, and body weren't enough, whenever she gets too excited (which for a teenager is practically ALWAYS), she "poofs" into a giant red panda!
Midway PG-13 2 hr 18 min. Showing at 1:30 (captions)
On Dec. 7, 1941, Japanese forces launch a devastating attack on Pearl Harbor, the U.S. naval base in Hawaii. Six months later, the Battle of Midway commences on June 4, 1942, as the Japanese navy once again plans a strike against American ships in the Pacific. For the next three days, the U.S. Navy and a squad of brave fighter pilots engage the enemy in one of the most important and decisive battles of World War II.
