Join us Monday afternoons at 1:30pm and Monday evenings at 6pm for a movie in our Fine Arts Center theater. This week we'll be showing "Wicked" which is rated PG and runs 2h 40m. Elphaba, a misunderstood young woman because of her green skin, and Galinda, a popular girl, become friends at Shiz University in the Land of Oz.
The Red Cross will be holding a blood drive that is open to the public. You can save up to 3 lives just by donating blood. Adults and teens 16 and over are eligible to donate. Join us for a relaxing hour of coloring. Coloring sheets and a variety of coloring options will be provided.
Families are invited to gather together in our Children's room for some fun stories, songs, and an activity. This program takes place each Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. This is a drop-in program and registration is NOT required.
Need help on a device? Stop into the library every Wednesday from 9-11am to get help from Mid-State and McMillan Library staff. No appointment necessary.
We will be learning basic weaving using paper plates and yarn. You can make a project to take home with you! This program is open to families with all ages of children. Registration is not required. Space and supplies may be limited.
Baby storytime will be Tuesday mornings at 10:30am on the 2nd floor in the youth services storytime area.
We will read stories, sing songs and rhymes, and end with a play time.
This program is geared towards kiddos 0-2 years old.
Come play some rapid chess games, share ideas, and discuss all things chess at our new chess club!
We will provide some boards and clocks, but feel free to bring your own!
